Hi, I’m Caedran!

Taking the first step can be scary, but so can remaining the same. Living out of alignment from the life you want for yourself is stressful, but you aren’t sure where to go next. Maybe you aren’t even sure what is that you do want, but you know this isn’t it.

My goal is to help you go from where you are to where you want to be, starting with discovering where that is.

Through our work together we will explore multiple facets of your life, past and present, to identify any patterns or behaviors that are keeping you from being the best version of yourself.

We will build on the skills you possess to address challenges from the root, and develop new skills and coping behaviors along the way.

Caedran Koch, LCSW-R

I believe that everyone can benefit from support navigating the challenges of daily life.

What that support looks like for one may not work for all, so getting to know you initially is what will help me learn how we can best work together.

My passion for therapy began during my undergraduate studies in Social Work, which led me to obtain my Masters in Social Work and advanced licensure in the years that followed.

I have spent many years working in the field in both therapist and leadership roles, gaining experience along the way that has helped me to become a well-rounded therapist that adapts to change and pursues lifelong learning to better serve my clients.

When I’m not working, I’m likely spending time with my partner and our two young children (and two doggos) making memories out of the small moments. I value my time alone by reading endless piles of fiction, sewing, or taking a cycling class from home!

My Approach to Therapy
Three succulents representing Erin's Wongs three pronged approach to therapy

Solution Focused: When faced with a challenge or problem, I believe there is a way through to a resolution. If something is contributing to stress and discontentment, changing what you can requires reflection and skills; accepting what is out of your control also requires hard work and support.

Mindfulness Based: Much of living in alignment comes from being mindful of how you are showing up in life. Learning to observe your thoughts and feelings and create space before reacting will allow you to gain control of how you respond in life.
