Hi, I’m Kelly, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Life can feel overwhelming, even when everything on the outside looks “fine.” You might be used to holding it all together—showing up for others, meeting expectations, and pushing through—while quietly feeling anxious, stretched thin, or unsure of what you actually need.
I’m passionate about supporting people who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the patterns that keep them stuck: people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s well-being. Over time, that weight becomes exhausting, and you may realize something needs to shift.
In our work together, you don’t have to have it all figured out. Therapy is a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to understand yourself in a deeper way. My goal is to help you feel safe and supported, while also empowering you to take ownership of your growth and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Specialties

I value patience, curiosity, and meeting you exactly where you are. I understand how easy it is to pour your energy into others while quietly losing sight of yourself.
Before becoming a counseling intern, I spent 20 years as a teacher, an experience that greatly shaped the way I connect with people.
A genuine desire for learning and personal growth led me back to school to pursue my graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling. As someone navigating my own major life transition, I deeply understand the courage it takes to step into something new and begin rediscovering what brings you joy.
Outside of my work, I’m a mom of two, which means you’ll likely find me on a sideline somewhere, rooting for my kids as they pursue their passions. As someone who truly values self-care (in a realistic, imperfect kind of way), I make an effort to find small moments that help me feel grounded and recharged. I love reading, moving my body, and slowing down when I can. These moments remind me how important it is to slow down and take care of ourselves—something I value deeply in my work with clients, and something I’m always learning to do a little better myself.
My Approach to Therapy
My style is warm, collaborative, and insight-focused. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood and actively involved in your own process.
Person-Centered: You are the expert on your own life. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted without judgment.
Insight & Awareness: Together, we’ll explore patterns, thoughts, and emotions so you can better understand what’s driving your experiences.
Practical & Empowering: I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to help you build real tools, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward the life you want.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you— it’s about creating space to reconnect with yourself, build confidence, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and meaningful.
