Hello there, my name is Jordan and I am glad you are here!
Constantly living in a stressed and anxious state is only manageable for so long before it all becomes too much. You may be feeling overwhelmed, unsure of where to start and feel that nothing is in your control. Asking for help may feel harder to do than continuing to push forward everyday living in survival mode. Deep down, you know this is not sustainable for you and I’m here to tell you that you deserve more from life.
Now is the time to pick up the pen and write the rest of your story.
Together our goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. A version free of daily stress, anxiety and negative self-beliefs. I believe in a collaborative and individualized approach to support you in achieving your self-growth goals. Our time entails introspective work guiding you to a deeper understanding of yourself, uncovering your strengths and finding the confidence to make changes. Along this journey you will learn how to have healthier relationships, repair broken ones and align with a supportive community.
I am here when you are ready and can’t wait to be a part of your journey.
My Specialties

Therapy is a free-flowing space.
What is said, felt and experienced in the therapy room does not come with a rulebook or guidelines. The healing journey is unique to everyone, and my job is to reduce the pressure that you may feel to meet certain expectations for yourself.
I have been blessed to have worked with many different populations over the years in practice in community mental health settings. Each experience and each client taught me something more about being a therapist. I have learned different approaches and modalities and continue to educate myself each day.
I graduated with my Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and have received my certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My background allows me to provide a multidisciplinary approach to sessions encompassing the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual parts of the human experience. I lean into using an eclectic approach which helps provide the most effective support for each client. I often use mindfulness strategies, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches in sessions.
Outside my professional role, I enjoy cooking, gardening, hot summers and vacations around the country.
My Approach to Therapy
Action-oriented: Action steps are a major part of the therapy process. We will outline your goals and you will learn skills and strategies best suited to your needs. Together we will process through barriers and challenges as they arise. Taking an action-oriented approach helps increase a client’s beliefs in their abilities and build confidence.
Intentional: I often find that intentionality is an important part of therapy that helps apply things worked on in sessions to daily life. I ask my clients to set an intention at the end of each session by applying new insight gained from session. A theme of our sessions will be learning, understanding and moving with intention to encourage healthier decision-making, and foster agency.
Balanced: During our sessions you will hear me bring up the importance of finding balance. We may discuss the importance of balancing out your schedule so that you have more time for yourself or finding balance with conflicting emotions such as anger and love or sadness and joy. I believe in improving the balance between different parts of your life, your thoughts, feelings and actions increase feelings of wholeness.
